Duties and responsibilities

- Draft routine correspondence, official notes, notifications, and summaries as directed by the Senior Officers
- Utilize computer software to process departmental data, manage spreadsheets, and generate periodic reports
- Receipt, processing, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintenance and updating of office registers, records, and databases
- Any other work whenever assigned by the superiors
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - minimum 2 division
- Qualification: Atleast 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree and computer literate
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- 04 years relevant experience.
