Frontier Works Organization (FWO) is hiring a Data Entry Operator in Nokundi, District Chagai, Balochistan. The main duty of the post is to type reports, letters and documents and maintain office files and records. The post requires FA/ BA/ B. Com or Retd Nk/ Hav with at least 6 years of experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Typing reports / letters and documents
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
- Maintain office record and filing system
- Ensure office workflow procedures
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Eligibility criteria
- Intermediate or Bachelor's - FA, BA, B.Com
- Education: FA/ BA/ B. Com or Retd Nk/ Hav
- Experience: Min 6-8 Yrs in relevant field
- MS office proficiency
- Fast typing speed and accuracy
- Correcting errors efficiently
Experience required
- Required experience: 6 – 8 years
- Min 6-8 Yrs in relevant field
