• Improve operational systems, processes and policies to support management reporting, information flow and organizational planning
• Increase effectiveness and efficiency of support services including HR, IT and Finance
• Support long-term planning and operational excellence initiatives
• Identify goals and objectives of the project and report regularly
• Provide training to clients on developed systems and monitor system usage
• Coordinate with software engineers and the quality assurance team for implementation

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, GIS or Software Engineering
• 01 year of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• 01 years of relevant post-qualification experience
