About this vacancy

• Lead and oversee all administrative, security, transport, logistics, facilities, and office management functions to ensure efficient organizational operations. • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative, security, and operational policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with organizational objectives. • Provide strategic oversight of physical security operations, including deployment of security personnel, CCTV surveillance, access control systems, visitor management, and incident response mechanisms. • Establish and maintain an effective enterprise security framework through risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, contingency planning, and business continuity measures. • Plan, supervise, and evaluate emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, crisis management activities, and occupational health and safety compliance. • Lead investigations into security breaches, administrative irregularities, or operational incidents, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions. • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, labor laws, PPRA rules (where applicable), safety standards, and internal governance policies. • Oversee procurement of administrative goods and services, vendor selection, contract administration, and service-level compliance while ensuring transparency and value for money. * Manage organizational assets, fleet operations, accommodation, utilities, maintenance, inventory, and facility development activities. • Coordinate with government ministries, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders on matters relating to administration and security. • Advise senior management on administrative strategy, security risks, infrastructure planning, and organizational resilience. • Lead, mentor, and evaluate administration and security teams, fostering professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and high-performance standards. • Prepare administrative budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational efficiency. • Perform any other assignments delegated by the Project Director or competent authority in support of organizational objectives. Qualification • Ph.D/Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution. • Preference will be given to candidates possessing professional certifications in administration, project management, occupational health and safety, or quality management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent). • Excellent communication, organizational, report writing, and decision-making skills. Experience: • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in administration, facilities, and security management. • Proven record of security operations, risk assessments, crisis management, and compliance. • Minimum 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, coordination, office management, logistics, or organizational operations, preferably in the public sector, defense organizations, or large corporate environments. • Retired officers from the Armed Forces, Civil Services, Police, or Revenue Services with substantial administrative and coordination experience will be highly preferred. • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, stakeholder coordination, policy implementation, vendor management, fleet and facility management, event coordination, and compliance with government rules and procedures. • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and coordination with law enforcement and government agencies. • Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making capabilities.
