Required Experience: • Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in business strategy, corporate planning, liaison, coordination, or program management. • Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, business development, and managing interdepartmental, government, or international collaborations. • Experience with PSDP-funded, donor-funded, public-private partnership initiatives, or other national-level programs is highly desirable. • Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. Qualification: • PhD/MS in a relevant discipline of Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Finance, Strategy or related fields from an HEC-recognized university. • Strong understanding of business strategy, corporate planning, technology-driven business models, organizational coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic communication.
