Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term vision, mission and goals of PECCEF
- Seek strategic guidance from the Board of Directors and ensure effective governance
- Guide the design, implementation and evaluation of environmental programmes
- Act as the primary spokesperson representing PECCEF to media, donors, policymakers and the public
- Build relationships with governments, NGOs, trade associations, academic institutions and communities
- Lead a high-performing team and ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and ethical standards
- Identify and mitigate financial, reputational and programme execution risks
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Management, Public Policy, Climate Finance, Sustainable Development or Climate Science, in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, recognised by HEC
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Management, Public Policy, Climate Finance, Sustainable Development or Climate Science
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience including 05 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in ESG, fund management and sustainable development preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 15 years
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience including at least 05 years in a senior leadership (CXO) role, with a proven track record in fundraising, financial management and strategic planning
