Chief Quantity Surveyor for the Project Management Unit developing Urban Bus Depots and Allied Infrastructure in Bahawalpur, on a 12-month engagement.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead quantity surveying for the bus depot and allied infrastructure works
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates and rate analysis
- Verify contractor measurements and certify interim and final payments
- Monitor project costs and maintain measurement and billing records
- Support tendering and evaluation with cost data
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Diploma - BSc in Civil Engineering (16 years), DAE in Civil (12 years), in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Associate Engineering/Sciences, Quantity Surveying, recognised by HEC
- Experience must be relevant to quantity surveying
- Engagement for a period of 12 months
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- 10 years relevant experience in quantity surveying for BSc Civil Engineering, or 15 years for DAE; BSc Civil Engineer must be registered with PEC; appointment for a period of 12 months
- Experience accepted from: Infrastructure Projects, Public Sector Organizations
