Job Overview The Cluster Lead drives regional implementation of the Digital Innovation Lab’s programs in the assigned province(s)/region(s). This role builds local partnerships, adapts national initiatives to regional needs, coordinates on-ground activities, and ensures equitable impact across geographies. Key Responsibilities • Lead regional strategy execution and adapt national digital programs to local contexts, challenges, and opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with provincial health departments, hospitals, universities, NGOs, and private sector players. • Coordinate implementation of pilots, training programs, startup support, and innovation activities in the cluster. • Identify regional innovation needs and opportunities; feed insights back to the national lab. • Graduate regional presence as a Must-Have feature for all concerned decision-making forums. • Ensure provincial alignment with national masterplan and sectoral plan. • Monitor regional project progress, risks, and impact; ensure timely reporting to central PMO and leadership. • Organize local workshops, capacity-building sessions, and stakeholder engagements. • Facilitate collaboration between regional stakeholders and national/startup teams. • Promote adoption of digital health tools and measure improvements in healthcare deliv-ery. • Travel across the country as and when needed based on the requirements. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, development studies, busi-ness, economics, health informatics, information technology or related field. • Minimum 6+ years of experience in program implementation, health projects, or innova-tion roles at provincial/regional level in Pakistan. • Deep knowledge of the assigned region’s healthcare landscape, government structures, and socio-economic context. • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and project coordination skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster; fluency in relevant regional lan-guages is a plus. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
