Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017 and other applicable regulatory frameworks
  • Organize and manage meetings of the Board of Directors, Committees and Shareholders including notices, agendas and minutes
  • Maintain statutory records and registers and ensure timely corporate filings
  • Provide advisory support to the Board on governance, legal and compliance matters
  • Facilitate communication between the Board, management and shareholders
  • Ensure timely compliance reporting and support governance audits
  • Identify and mitigate corporate governance and regulatory risks
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of tasks
  • Lead and mentor the Corporate Affairs team

Eligibility criteria

  • Master - MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, LLM, in Business Administration / Commerce / Corporate Law, recognised by HEC
  • Master's in Business Administration, Commerce or Corporate Law, or minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university
  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in the public/private sector
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Stakeholder coordination, analytical and advisory skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Maximum age 44 years including 5 years relaxation
  • NOC required for Government/Semi-Government employees

Experience required

  • Required experience: 6 – 8 years
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in the public or private sector. Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries.

Age limit

  • Male: 18 – 44 years
  • Female: 18 – 44 years
  • Transgender: 18 – 44 years
