• Ensure corporate governance and statutory compliance
• Provide Board and committee support
• Liaise and coordinate with SECP and regulatory bodies
• Manage legal and risk matters
• Maintain records and documentation
• Provide policy and advisory support

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Business Administration or Law, in Business Administration, Law, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Business Administration or Law
• Minimum 07 years of experience in company secretarial or governance roles
• Chartered Company Secretary or Corporate Secretary certification
• Demonstrated experience in managing Board affairs and SECP compliance

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in company secretarial or governance roles, preferably within Section 42 organizations, public sector companies or development sector institutions

• Male: 18 – 55 years
• Female: 18 – 55 years
• Transgender: 18 – 55 years
