Computer Operator

The District Judiciary, Mansehra invites applications for the following vacant posts from eligible male, female and transgender (khwaja sira) candidates who are permanent residents of District Mansehra; for recruitment under the minority quota, permanent residents of Hazara Division are eligible. All posts will be filled under the rules and regulations issued by the Honourable Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government and purely on merit. The competent authority reserves the right to make changes or amendments in the advertisement as per policy, to cancel posts, or to increase or decrease the number of posts. This post is Computer Operator (BPS-16), 04 positions on open merit. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mansehra.

• Bachelor's or Master's - MSc, BIT, BCS, Equivalent qualification, in Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by Recognized University
• Permanent residence and domicile of District Mansehra; for recruitment under the minority quota, permanent residents of Hazara Division are eligible
• Government employees must attach or upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through their department
• In case of a foreign degree or equivalent education, an HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory
• Original certificates must be brought at the time of interview, otherwise the candidate will not be eligible for inclusion in the interview
• All posts will be filled under the rules and regulations issued by the Honourable Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Government, purely on merit
• No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for the test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• All candidates: 18 – 30 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 21 Oct 2026.

An upper limit of 30 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to participate in the ETEA screening test on the basis of the information provided by them. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the concerned appointing authority and if a candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage, he or she will be declared ineligible by the appointing authority. A screening test for all posts will be conducted through ETEA, for which candidates apply online on the ETEA website. Candidates who successfully submit applications will be informed by ETEA through SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website; the date, time and place of the test will be recorded on the Roll Number Slip. Candidates must not close or change their active SIM until the entire examination process is complete, otherwise the responsibility rests with the candidate. For candidates successful in the ETEA test, the date of the written, practical or oral test will be determined later and notified on the website of this office.
