Customer Support Representative (Datacenter Services)

Customer Support Representative at the Punjab Information Technology Board, acting as the primary customer focal point for datacenter services.

• Serve as the primary customer focal point for datacenter services and maintain professional customer engagement
• Receive, record, coordinate and follow up on customer queries, complaints and service requests
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, billing and management teams for timely problem resolution
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the relevant team
• Arrange and participate in customer meetings, record decisions and action items and ensure required follow-ups
• Prepare or coordinate customer invoices and address related queries in consultation with the billing team
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, service changes, commitments and issue resolutions
• Coordinate contracts, proposals, invoices and supporting documents with clients and relevant internal teams
• Monitor contractual commitments, renewals, pending approvals and agreed actions with customers
• Provide timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders until closure of each matter
• Ensure compliance with PITB policies, procedures, confidentiality and applicable service standards

• Bachelor's - Bachelors (14 years), in Communication Engineering/Sciences, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Computer Networks, Networks, Network Engineering, recognised by HEC

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
