Computer Operator (PKR 40k-50k)

Computer Operator at the Punjab Information Technology Board, operating and supporting IT systems and equipment.

• Provide data by operating a computer
• Prepare equipment for operations by accessing software in the computer
• Maintain incident logs for all monitored systems
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests and following manufacturer's instructions
• Troubleshoot malfunctions
• Continuously monitor and react to the IT operations processing schedule
• Respond to incoming telephone calls, email and voice mail inquiries from internal customers within the IT department regarding computer-related problems
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Intermediate - Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 years), in Any Discipline, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 0.5 years
• Minimum 0.5 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
