Assistant Programme Officer (HMIS Site Support)

• Install and maintain computers, printers and other related hardware at hospital registration areas and provide hands-on training to registration staff on HMIS and queue management systems
• Collect and verify data for user account creation and system configuration and assist data entry staff, nurses and reception teams in day-to-day system usage
• Monitor queue management screens to ensure LED screens, ticket displays and related devices are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software and user-related issues at registration counters
• Coordinate with the Site Lead to maintain stable network connectivity, address minor network issues and escalate complex problems when required
• Ensure all network devices including switches, routers and Wi-Fi access points are properly configured and operational across the hospital
• Provide daily reports on patient volumes and system status to the Site Lead

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Project Management, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
