Duties and responsibilities
- Ingest data from multiple operational systems and perform structured and unstructured data transformation
- Perform data cleaning, validation, deduplication and normalization
- Coordinate data pipelines with system teams
- Structure datasets for analytics consumption and logically group datasets for KPIs and dashboards
- Categorize data aligned with monitoring domains
- Conduct trend analysis and time-series evaluation
- Perform pattern detection and anomaly identification
- Conduct comparative performance analysis across departments and districts
- Identify risk signals from operational datasets
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools
- Build KPI visualization frameworks for real-time and periodic reporting
- Prepare executive reporting dashboards for senior leadership
- Track KPIs aligned with BRD definitions and monitor SLAs for service delivery indicators
- Track compliance metrics across enforcement domains
- Perform data consistency checks across sources and data accuracy validation
- Standardize reporting formats across departments
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Data Science, BS Statistics, BS Software Engineering, in Business Administration, Computational Science, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Management Sciences, Data Analytics, Management Information System, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors degree (Hons) in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering or a relevant degree from an HEC recognized university
- 5 years post-qualification experience including at least one year in the public sector
- Statistical analysis skills
- Proficiency in SPSS, Power BI and MS Office
- Knowledge of statistical tools
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field including at least one year experience in the public sector
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
