• Bachelor - BS Software Engineering, BS (Hons) Computer Science, BS (Hons) Information Technology, M.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Information Technology, MCS, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by Higher Education Commission
• Bachelor of Software Engineering or BS Honors or M.Sc in CS/IT or MCS or equivalent academic/professional qualification from an HEC recognized institute or university
• Minimum one year post-qualification programming experience in a Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Organization or Corporate Body
