Categories: (A) Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering=1, (B) Management Sciences=1 and (C) Mechanical Engineering=1. Domicile / Quota: Punjab (Open Merit)=Two and Sindh (Rural) (Open Merit)=One. Place of posting: Karachi. Candidates must clearly indicate the category (A) to (C) for which they apply; separate online application and separate fee is required for each category. Eligibility criteria
- PhD or MS or M.Phil or Master's or Bachelor's - Ph.D, MS, M.Phil, Master, Bachelor (16 years education), in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Management Sciences, recognised by HEC, PEC
- Ph.D. or MS / M.Phil / Master's or Bachelor's (16 years education) degree in Mechanical Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by HEC / PEC
- Four (4) research publications in HEC / PEC recognized journals
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 13 years
- Thirteen (13) years post qualification teaching or research experience in case of Ph.D. degree holder, or fifteen (15) years in case of MS / M.Phil degree holder, or seventeen (17) years in case of Master / Bachelor degree holder
Age limit
- All candidates: 37 – 45 years (+5 years relaxation)
- Age is counted on the closing date, 31 Aug 2026.
