About this vacancy
National Police Foundation invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for appointment purely on contract basis for an initial period of 2 years (extendable). Application fee Rs. 2000 (non-refundable). No TA/DA for test/interview.

- Assessment methodologies and test design

- Quality assurance
- Implementation of new testing initiatives
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
- Master's/Bachelor's (16 years) from HEC-recognized university

- Govt./Semi-Govt. employees must apply through proper channel with valid NOC
- Separate fee for each post applied
Experience required
- Required experience: Up to 3 years
- Up to 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in testing and assessment, examination systems, recruitment testing, educational technology, project development or related fields, preferably in Government/Public Sector, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, testing agencies or large-scale organizations. Experience in development and improvement of testing systems, CBT platforms, assessment methodologies, test design, digital workflows, data management, quality assurance and new testing initiatives preferred.

Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 35 years (+5 years relaxation)
