Deputy Director (Development) at the Punjab Land Records Authority, responsible for field level monitoring and execution of development project activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Monitor execution of project activities at field level
- Collect, compile and analyze data on physical and financial progress
- Inspect sites and verify completed work against approved BOQs
- Maintain project documentation including work orders, progress reports and payments
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and field staff on implementation issues
- Identify project delays or risks and report mitigation plans to the Additional Director
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual progress reports
- Support internal and external audits and reviews
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - B.Sc Civil Engineering with membership (Professional Engineer) of the Pakistan Engineering Council, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Civil Engineering, recognised by HEC
- B.Sc Civil Engineering with membership as a Professional Engineer of the Pakistan Engineering Council
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- 5 years relevant experience in large organizations of the private or public sector
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
Age limit
- All candidates: 25 – 40 years
