• Master - MSc Nursing, in Nursing, recognised by PMDC
• Recognized nursing degree (MSc Nursing or equivalent) registered with PMDC
• Postgraduate qualification in nursing or healthcare management preferred
• Additional certifications in management, quality assurance or nursing education shall be an advantage
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience
• At least 1 year experience in a nursing leadership role
• Experience in nursing administration, staffing, training, governance and quality assurance

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in a recognized healthcare institution with at least 1 year in a nursing leadership role

• Male: 30 – 45 years
• Female: 30 – 45 years
• Transgender: 30 – 45 years
