• Master - MSc Nursing, in Nursing
• Recognized nursing degree (MSc Nursing or equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualification in nursing or healthcare management preferred
• Additional certifications in management, quality assurance or nursing education shall be an advantage
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years experience in a nursing leadership role
• Experience in nursing administration, staffing, training, governance and quality assurance

• Required experience: At least 15 years
• Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in a recognized healthcare institution with at least 5 years in a nursing leadership role

• Male: 40 – 65 years
• Female: 40 – 65 years
• Transgender: 40 – 65 years
