• Provide visionary leadership to the Tax Policy Office
• Guide formulation and implementation of tax policy reforms
• Oversee design and review of tax policies for growth, fiscal stability and equity
• Lead evaluation of tax proposals and reforms with evidence-based recommendations
• Coordinate with the FBR and other institutions on fiscal and economic strategy
• Engage stakeholders and represent the TPO in national and international discussions
• Oversee daily operations, resource management and staff supervision

• Master's in Economics, Master's in Public Finance, Master's in Public Policy, Master's in Taxation
• Master's degree or higher in Economics, Public Finance, Public Policy or Taxation/Tax Policy
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformative initiatives
• Proven success in stakeholder engagement

• Required experience: At least 12 years
• At least 12 years of leadership experience in tax policy, fiscal management or public finance
