• Provide overall strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Unit and ensure effective functioning of its in-house analytical and technical support role
• Guide internal teams in undertaking sector-specific analysis, reviewing technical outputs and consolidating findings for departmental decision-making
• Ensure structured engagement and supervision of consultancy-driven and transaction-related assignments
• Ensure timely execution and closure of assigned analytical and technical tasks and maintain quality standards of deliverables
• Strengthen internal capacity for technical review, assessment and structuring of consultancy inputs
• Ensure compliance with applicable government procedures
• Support effective integration of analytical outputs into industrial development initiatives

• Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - MBA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Economics, BSc Industrial Engineering, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution; additional qualification in Public Policy an advantage
• Minimum 20 years post-qualification progressively responsible professional experience including senior-level public sector assignments
• Proven track record of leading and delivering projects within the government sector
• Experience managing consultancy-driven assignments and transaction management an added advantage
