• Plan, supervise and manage all day-to-day farm operations
• Coordinate land preparation, sowing, irrigation, fertilizer application, plant protection, harvesting and post-harvest activities
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, irrigation systems and project assets
• Maintain records of crop production, farm inputs, labour, machinery use, yields and farm expenditures
• Coordinate with project experts, consultants, researchers, extension staff and farmers during field activities and demonstrations
• Prepare periodic progress reports, work plans, inventories and other documentation
• Perform project-related assignments entrusted by the Project Manager
• Assist in conducting events, stakeholder consultations and workshops
• Remain available through telephone and online communication during and beyond working hours where required
• Any other task assigned by the Task Lead, Supervisor or Competent Authority

• Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - BS Agriculture, BS Seed Science, BS Agronomy, BS Horticulture, BS Plant Breeding and Genetics, BS Agricultural Engineering, in Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture Sciences, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding And Genetics, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (16 years of education) in Agriculture, Seed Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in farm management, crop production, climate smart agriculture, demonstration farms or agricultural development projects
