• Process payments for approval from the Project Director
• Scrutinize invoices, contracts and project documents before payment
• Assist the Project Manager and Project Director in routine project tasks
• Follow up on release of funds with MoITT and other government departments
• Reconcile accounts with AGPR and bank and handle book keeping
• Follow up with AGPR and MoITT for clearance of funds and bills

• Master - MBA Finance, ICMA, ACCA, in Accounting & Finance, recognised by HEC
• MBA Finance, ICMA, ACCA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institute
• 8 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of tax laws and sales tax
• International certification preferred
• Strong analytical, presentation and MS Excel skills

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• 8 years relevant post-qualification experience as Finance/Accounts Officer including bills processing, payables, receivables, reconciliation, financial projection and due diligence
