• Manage project financial management, budgeting and treasury operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting rules and regulations
• Operate and maintain financial management software
• Prepare financial reports for the project and donors

• Bachelor - CA, FCA, FCMA, ACMA, 16 Years Education in Finance or Commerce, in Accounting & Finance, recognised by HEC
• CA, FCA, FCMA, ACMA or 16 years of equivalent education in Finance or Commerce from an HEC recognized university
• Good understanding of public sector budgeting and treasury systems
• At least 08 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• At least 08 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, with experience of financial management software; prior World Bank financial management experience preferred

• Male: 35 – 70 years
• Female: 35 – 70 years
