• Serve as the first point of contact for all Makerspace visitors and trainees
• Manage front desk operations including phone calls, visitor registration and email
• Maintain accurate attendance logs and session registrations for labs and training
• Assist in scheduling meetings, training slots and lab access
• Provide information regarding Makerspace services, schedules and registration
• Maintain and organize front desk records and documentation
• Coordinate courier and mail handling
• Support administrative functions including basic reporting and internal communication

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Management, Marketing, Project Management, Public Administration or Social Sciences
• 02 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Male: 24 – 45 years
• Female: 24 – 45 years
• Transgender: 24 – 45 years
