• Support the Project Director in oversight of day-to-day operations of the central accelerator
• Scout quality startups for the Acceleration Program
• Coordinate with mentors, trainers and Board members
• Track continuous progress of startups during the acceleration stage
• Run the alumni engagement program throughout the year
• Graduate investment ready startups
• Lead development of policy guidelines, SOPs and standardized reporting formats

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Business Administration, Project Management, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Development Studies, Management, Project Management or Total Quality Management
• 10 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Male: 32 – 45 years
• Female: 32 – 45 years
• Transgender: 32 – 45 years
