• Lead analysis, review and refinement of industrial policies, sector strategies and competitiveness frameworks
• Supervise the Senior Research Analyst and guide in-house analytical work
• Oversee review and validation of consultancy-driven assignments
• Develop actionable policy briefs and sectoral roadmaps aligned with provincial priorities
• Coordinate with departmental wings, attached entities and stakeholders to ensure policy coherence and continuity of strategic initiatives

• Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - Masters in Economics, Masters in Business Economics, Masters in Public Policy, BSc Industrial Engineering, in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Public Policy, recognised by HEC
• Masters degree in Economics, Business Economics, Public Policy, BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in policy analysis, research or advisory roles
• Demonstrated experience managing or reviewing consultancy assignments and delivering policy outputs an advantage

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in policy analysis, research or advisory roles within reputable public or private sector institutions
• Experience accepted from: Reputable Public Sector Institutions, Reputable Private Sector Institutions
