Job Overview The Innovation Analyst identifies, evaluates, and supports the development of innovative digital ideas, technologies, and solutions. This role conducts research, analyses trends, and helps translate concepts into viable pilots or programs. Key Responsibilities • Research emerging digital health trends, technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.), and global best practices relevant to Pakistan. • Support idea intake, screening, and feasibility assessments for innovation proposals. • Assist in designing and managing pilot projects, including data collection and impact evaluation. • Prepare reports, case studies, and presentations on innovation opportunities and out-comes. • Collaborate with program teams, startups, and external experts to refine solutions. • Maintain innovation databases and contribute to knowledge management. • Support grant writing and proposal development for innovation initiatives. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's and/or master's in health informatics, data science, public health, medicine (MBBS) biomedical engineering, business, economics, and/or other related discipline. • Strong analytical and research skills; familiarity with data tools and trend analysis. • 3–5 years of experience in the relevant field of research, coordination and analytical skills. • Knowledge of healthcare challenges in Pakistan and digital innovation methodologies. • Good writing, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
