BS-11 Junior Clerk post on contract basis for a period of 3 years in the locations listed on this page, under the Board of Revenue, Punjab. Open to candidates domiciled in Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan. Three posts stand reserved for children of Government servants in BS-1 to 5, Junior Clerk (BS-11) and Patwari (BS-09) serving in or retired from the respective department or cadre; if none is available against the reserved quota, the post is filled through direct recruitment on open merit. • Intermediate - HSSC, recognised by Recognized Board
• Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized Board
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English on computer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application
• Domicile requirement differs by post - Bahawalpur: Domicile of Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar or Rahim Yar Khan | Kot Addu: Domicile of Kot Addu District only

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• Male: 18 – 25 years (+5 years relaxation)
• Female: 18 – 25 years (+8 years relaxation)
• Transgender: 18 – 25 years (+5 years relaxation)
• Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Aug 2026.

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. General ability (approximately 80%) covering General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu and Everyday Science; questions relating to MS Office and computer skills (approximately 20%). Only candidates who qualify the General Ability Test are called for the typing and proficiency test.
