Junior Clerk

The Forest Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from interested candidates for the following vacant posts under the Conservator of Forests, Forestry Planning and Monitoring Circle, in accordance with Government policy. This post is Junior Clerk (BPS-11), 01 position in the locations listed on this page. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Forest Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Matric - Secondary School Certificate or equivalent, recognised by Recognized Board
• Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent qualification obtained from any recognized board
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered
• No TA/DA will be given for the test or interview
• In case of a foreign degree, an HEC equivalence certificate must be provided
• Candidates are bound to provide a correct mobile number and address
• A separate application must be submitted for each post

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• All candidates: 18 – 25 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 30 Sept 2026.
• Age relaxation is allowed as per government rules; the advertisement does not give the figures.

All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. If a candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, he or she will be declared ineligible for the relevant post or project. Shortlisting of candidates will be carried out in accordance with the prevailing rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Intimation of the interview will be given through SMS, so candidates must keep their mobile numbers active and functional. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk, on which the date, time and venue of the test will be mentioned. No call letter for the screening test will be issued by post or courier.
