Departmental promotion notice. Online applications are invited from all eligible regular Class-IV employees of the Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Extension Wing), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for appearing in the typing test for promotion to the post of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) against the prescribed in-service promotion quota. Promotion is subject to the applicable L&DD Ext Service Rules, availability of posts, the prescribed promotion quota, seniority-cum-fitness, eligibility and the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee. Merely qualifying the typing test does not confer any right to claim promotion. Departmental promotion typing test conducted by ETEA, requiring a typing speed of thirty words per minute. Candidates are provisionally allowed to appear on the basis of the credentials provided; detailed scrutiny is carried out by the appointing authority. Candidates qualifying the test are subsequently scrutinized with reference to the prescribed eligibility criteria, seniority, service record and other applicable requirements before consideration by the Departmental Promotion Committee. The date, time and venue or mode of the test will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip; no separate call letter will be issued by post or courier.
