Junior Clerk

Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of District Dera Ismail Khan for the following vacant posts in the District Judiciary, Dera Ismail Khan. A separate application must be submitted for each post or category. Quota is reserved as 10 percent for women, 5 percent for minorities and 2 percent for disabled persons. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts as per prevailing policy or to amend or partially or wholly cancel the advertisement. Initial appointment will be made on a provisional basis and will be subject to prevailing rules and regulations. The recruitment is conducted by Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on behalf of Office of the District & Session Judge, Dera Ismail Khan.

• Matric - Matriculation or equivalent, recognised by Recognized Board
• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Permanent resident of District Dera Ismail Khan
• A separate application must be submitted for each post or category
• Incomplete, late or applications containing fake documents or wrong information will be rejected at any stage
• Original degree or provisional certificate must be attached as proof of educational qualification; DMC or transcript alone will not be accepted
• Candidates applying under the disabled quota must attach a disability certificate issued by the competent authority
• Shortlisted candidates must bring all original educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience and character certificates and other required documents along with two recent passport size photographs and attested copies at the time of test or interview
• No TA/DA will be given for participation in the test or interview

• No prior experience is required for this post.

• All candidates: 18 – 30 years
• Age is counted on 1 Jan 2026, the date named in the advertisement.
• Age relaxation is allowed as per government rules; the advertisement does not give the figures.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test on the basis of the information provided in the application; the appointing authority will carry out detailed scrutiny of credentials and eligibility and a candidate found ineligible at any stage will be declared ineligible. Candidates shortlisted in the ETEA screening test will have to pass the written examination, the typing or skill test where applicable, the interview and other necessary stages in accordance with the Recruitment Policy of the District Judiciary. Information regarding the ETEA test will be provided through SMS. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the date, time and venue of the test or interview through the official website of the District Judiciary Dera Ismail Khan, national and local newspapers or other appropriate means. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
