• Master|MPhil - MS, MPhil, Equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education, in Artificial Intelligence, minimum CGPA 3, recognised by HEC Recognized University / Institution
• First Class MS or MPhil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University or Institution
• No 3rd division in the academic career
• The condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable for appointment as Lecturer provided the candidate holds a higher degree such as PhD or equivalent with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career
• In case of semester system a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered equivalent to First Division
• Eligibility shall be reckoned in all respects as of the closing date of the advertisement
• Applicants holding foreign degrees or certificates must provide an Equivalency Certificate from HEC or IBCC Islamabad before the closing date
• Degrees, diplomas or certificates in languages other than English must be accompanied by an officially verified English translation
• An official percentage certificate must be submitted where transcripts or DMCs do not explicitly mention percentage marks
• Experience shall be counted only if supported by an Experience Certificate issued by the HR or Establishment Section of the concerned University or Institution
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and interview

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided; detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified. Candidates whose details are received from ETEA after qualifying the written test shall submit an online application form through the University website within 15 days of the intimation of results. Only eligible shortlisted applicants shall be called for demonstration and interview. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip and no separate call letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.
