Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare, vet and finalize all types of contracts to be signed under the program including hiring of consultancy services and green credits buyer and seller relationships
- Review and ensure compliance of contracts and agreements to be signed by the PMU
- Provide legal support and advice on disputes, contract interpretation and project-related litigation or arbitration
- Any other task assigned by higher authorities
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - LLM, LLB, MBA, BBA, in Law, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Masters degree in Law (LLM) or Business Administration from an HEC recognized university with 07 years relevant experience, or Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or Business Administration with 09 years relevant experience
- Experience in arbitration, commercial laws, contract laws and regulatory compliance
- Experience in green, carbon and climate financing legal frameworks
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- Masters degree in Law (LLM) or Business Administration with 07 years relevant experience, or Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or Business Administration with 09 years relevant experience; experience in arbitration, commercial laws, contract laws, regulatory compliance, drafting, negotiating and managing contracts and green/carbon/climate financing legal frameworks
Age limit
