Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the administrative, financial and audit functions of the PMU and PIU
- Handle budget planning, financial reporting and compliance with public sector financial rules
- Provide guidance on institutional arrangements, human resource policies and administrative controls
- Manage financial management and budget control
- Process payments and prepare financial reporting
- Manage administration and human resource functions
- Manage assets and office administration
- Coordinate with PTC, Finance Department and auditors
- Any other task assigned
Eligibility criteria
- Master - MBA, M.Com, 16 years of Education in Economics, ACCA, ACMA, in Economics, Business And Management Sciences, Accountancy/Chartered Accountancy, recognised by HEC
- MBA, M.Com, 16 years of education in Economics, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in administration and finance
- Experience in public sector infrastructure projects shall be preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in administration and finance; experience in public sector infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
