Manager Administration

Ensure efficient management of administrative services, facilities, office infrastructure, logistics and support functions of the Company, reporting to the Head of Administration.

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations
• Maintain office buildings, facilities and infrastructure
• Manage office space, furniture and equipment
• Supervise security, safety and cleanliness services
• Manage vendors, contractors and service contracts
• Coordinate procurement of routine administrative items
• Manage transportation, fleet and logistics
• Monitor administrative expenditure and cost efficiency

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or Public Administration or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 60% marks
• Strong facility management, procurement, vendor and contract management and budgeting skills

• Required experience: At least 6 years
• Minimum 6 years experience with at least 3 years at senior level, preferably in administration/operations management

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
