The recruitment is conducted by ETC-HEC on behalf of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Ltd..

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Master's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree in IR, in Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations
• Government employees must submit NOC with CV

100 MCQs test conducted by Education Testing Council (ETC), HEC in Islamabad and Karachi as per PIDCL proposed content weightages. Test fee Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) via 1Link/1Bill. Original CNIC/Passport and ETC roll number slip mandatory on test day.
