• Bachelor - BS Civil Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, in Civil Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BE) in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university
• Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a professional engineer
• At least 08 years of relevant experience in civil works, construction management or infrastructure development

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• At least 08 years of relevant experience in civil works, construction management or infrastructure development in a private or public sector organization
