Manager Corporate Affairs

Manage Board and corporate governance matters of the Company, reporting to the Executive Director (Company Secretary).

• Coordinate matters relating to the Board of Directors and its committees
• Prepare Board meeting agendas, working papers and summaries
• Maintain Board documentation, minutes, decisions and resolutions
• Monitor implementation of Board and committee decisions
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and governance frameworks
• Liaise with SECP, Ministry of Commerce and other authorities
• Maintain statutory and corporate records
• Prepare official correspondence, reports and briefing notes

• Bachelor's or Master's - Master's in Law, Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Public Policy, 4 years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education), in Law, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Master's degree in Law, Business Administration or Public Policy or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 60% marks
• Experience in Board/committee matters, executive decision support and regulatory compliance
• Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills

• Required experience: At least 6 years
• Minimum 6 years experience with at least 3 years in senior-level corporate, Board or governance functions

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
