Qualification ● Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT/ Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics)/ Education Policy/ Human Resource Development / Management Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Key Responsibilities ● Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of technical/semiconductor-focused curricula aligned with industry and global best practices. ● Support the development and updating of curriculum standards through benchmarking with international leaders. ● Facilitate integration of blended learning and EdTech solutions into training programs. ● Assist in the development and execution of M&E frameworks, tools, and reporting systems for the project. ● Monitor training program outputs, outcomes, and KPIs to ensure alignment with project objectives. ● Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for curriculum quality and M&E processes. ● Liaise with universities, HEC, accreditation bodies, and industry for curriculum alignment and compliance. ● Contribute to the preparation of reports, audits, and government submissions related to curriculum and M&E.
