• Manage overall operations of designated e-Commerce Hubs at site
• Ensure daily availability of resources and support
• Schedule and monitor consultation sessions with new clients
• Maintain issue logs and resolve complaints onsite
• Track attendance, equipment usage and resource maintenance
• Handle center documentation and local stakeholder coordination
• Manage teams and their performance at e-Commerce Hubs
• Guide MSMEs and local businesses during registration and product development

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Journalism, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, Project Management, Media and Mass Communication or Entrepreneurship
• 05 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience
