Duties and responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all civil, electrical and structural works for the electric bus depot project in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines
- Review drawings and any amendments by the consultant and carry out site inspections and quality assurance
- Verify work progress and contractor bills
- Coordinate with consultant, contractors and other engineering disciplines
- Monitor construction progress and quality and resolve site related technical issues
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations and support value engineering initiatives
- Prepare technical progress reports and report risks to the Chief Engineer
- Any other task assigned
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Transportation Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related from an HEC recognized university
- Minimum 08 years of overall experience in building construction design, supervision and project planning and execution
- Experience in public sector building infrastructure projects shall be preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- Minimum 08 years of overall experience in building construction design, supervision and project planning and execution; experience in public sector building infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
