Manager Human Resource

Manage and support the Company's human resource function, reporting to the Chief HR Officer, covering HR planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
• Manage manpower planning, workforce analysis and restructuring
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
• Administer performance management and appraisal systems
• Manage compensation, benefits, increments and promotions
• Coordinate training needs analysis and development programs
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and manpower statistics

• Bachelor's or Master's - Master's in Human Resource Management, Master's in Business Administration, 4 years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education), recognised by HEC
• Master's in HRM or Business Administration or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 60% marks
• Professional certification in HRM an advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, HR systems and performance management

• Required experience: At least 6 years
• Minimum 6 years experience with at least 3 years at senior level, preferably in a public-sector corporate entity governed by the SOE Act

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
