Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Head Internal Affairs & Intelligence in planning, supervision and execution of internal affairs functions
- Monitor field staff conduct, public dealing, enforcement practices and compliance with rules and SOPs
- Supervise collection, verification and analysis of field intelligence on corruption, misuse of authority, bribery and misconduct
- Review complaints against field officials and recommend appropriate preliminary action
- Identify loopholes in field operations, enforcement procedures, reporting mechanisms and public interaction
- Conduct or supervise fact-finding inquiries and preliminary investigations
- Prepare analytical reports for early evaluation of Efficiency & Disciplinary Proceedings
- Recommend administrative, disciplinary or preventive measures based on evidence and field inputs
- Maintain liaison with field formations, DERBs, enforcement stations, HR, legal and disciplinary branches
- Supervise Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers assigned to field monitoring and internal affairs duties
- Ensure timely submission of investigation reports, field assessment notes and integrity risk reports
- Maintain secrecy and integrity of sensitive complaints, confidential sources and inquiry records
- Monitor repeat complaints, high-risk areas, vulnerable enforcement points and officials with adverse conduct patterns
- Support development of SOPs, reporting formats, inspection tools and internal vigilance protocols
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - Bachelors in any discipline, Masters in any discipline, in Law, Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Masters or Bachelors degree in any discipline from an HEC recognized institution
- 08 years experience in Armed Forces, Police or any other law enforcement agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, team building and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project cycle management and M&E tools
- Understanding of logical frameworks, KPIs and performance monitoring processes
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- 08 years experience in the Armed Forces, Police or any other law enforcement agency, with preference to candidates with experience in premier intelligence organizations within the country
- Experience accepted from: Armed Forces, Police, Law Enforcement Agencies, Premier Intelligence Organizations
