Manager Internal Audit

Provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, governance and compliance systems, reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor.

• Prepare risk-based annual and periodic internal audit plans
• Conduct audits of head office departments, branches, zones and functions
• Review adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
• Assess operational, financial, compliance and IS-related risks
• Prepare internal audit reports with observations and recommendations
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Present significant findings to senior management and audit committees

• Bachelor's or Master's - CA, ACCA, ICMA, 4 years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education), in Accounting & Finance, recognised by HEC
• CA/ACCA/ICMA or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 60% marks
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit planning, risk assessment and reporting

• Required experience: At least 6 years
• Minimum 6 years experience with at least 3 years at senior level, preferably in insurance or financial institutions

• All candidates: 18 – 35 years
