• Lead procurement planning, tendering and contract administration for the project
• Manage contractor and consultant contracts and performance
• Ensure compliance with PPRA rules and public procurement procedures
• Administer variations, claims and contractual disputes
• Maintain procurement records and reporting

• Bachelor|Master - Masters in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, BSc Engineering, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, recognised by HEC
• Masters in Economics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or BSc Engineering from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in public procurement and contract administration
• Age limit 50 years
