Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification experience in Marketing, Business Development, Market Research or Customer Analytics, preferably in transport, logistics, public sector or service industry. Collect and analyze customer data. Identify KPIs and report marketing metrics. Assist in setting up analytics tools. Conduct online marketing initiatives. Design marketing strategies for Pakistan Railways. Evaluate marketing strategies and recommend improvements. Develop pricing strategies balancing business objectives and customer satisfaction. Perform any other task assigned by the Competent Authority.
