Mechanical Engineer for the Project Management Unit developing Urban Bus Depots and Allied Infrastructure in Bahawalpur, on a 12-month engagement.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan, review and supervise mechanical works for urban bus depots and allied infrastructure
- Review mechanical designs, drawings, specifications and contractor submissions
- Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and workshop equipment
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements
- Prepare technical reports and progress updates for the PMU
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education), in Mechanical Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute
- Engagement for a period of 12 months
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- 10 years of relevant experience; must be registered with PEC; appointment for a period of 12 months
- Experience accepted from: Infrastructure Projects, Public Sector Organizations
